ABOUT

I learned to knit when I was young. Like most young girls, my grandmother taught me! I didn't come back to it until I was in my early twenties. Being young and broke made the holiday season very difficult and stressful. I went on to Pinterest to get some ideas for crafted holiday gifts and came across some beautiful crochet projects, and the rest is history!

I will admit, my first batch of projects wasn't great, but all the same, my family was genuinely excited about their homemade scarves. I eventually moved to Michigan where the winters are long and cold, and crocheting became my favorite (and most useful) past time. Pretty soon, I would create a second Instagram account to showcase my work, and thus Crochet & Chill was born! From there, I felt embraced and supported by an online community of crafters like myself. I was constantly inspired by their work and passion, and pushed myself to take a massive leap of faith in myself to open a shop of my own.

It has really become a dream come true to pursue my passion, and continue to create, grow, and share my work with you all! I am truly so appreciative for all of your support. From the bottom of my heart, thank you, thank you, thank you!
